Dr. Michael Craine – Audiologist & Practice Founder

Dr. Craine has been an audiologist since 1974. He was awarded a Masters degree in Audiology from Adelphi University, a Masters in Business Administration from New York University and a Doctorate in Deafness Rehabilitation from the Department of Applied Psychology, New York University. He is licensed as an audiologist and hearing aid fitter in Pennsylvania. Dr. Craine founded Hear Well Again Centers in 1988 and has had the privilege to know and help thousands of people to hear well again. Their life stories and experiences have enriched his life for which he is forever grateful.

Jenna Jaloweic – Audiology Assistant

As the newest member of the Hear Well Again Centers team, Jenna is recent graduate from West Chester University, Jenna obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She assists Dr. Craine with hearing tests as well as works with hearing aids and can take care of most hearing aid trouble-shooting areas. She works with the patients and helps them with their hearing aids every week. She loves doing this and they love her! Jenna also enjoys learning about the “behind the scenes” work that it takes to operate an audiology clinic.

Mardi Craine, R.N. – Patient Care Coordinator, Hearing Aid Specialist and Business Manager

Mardi Craine received her Nursing degree from Wesley College in 1977. While in school, she also continued her military career in the Air Force reserves and, upon graduation, received a commission in the Army Nurse Corp Reserves where she remained for six years. Ms. Craine works as a liason between primary care doctors and patients who need audiology and hearing services. In addition, she assists with patient care in our two offices.

Rita Killeen – Patient Care Coordinator and Billing Coordinator

Rita has been in the administrative and medical billing field for over 30 years, with over ten of those years at Hear Well Again Centers. Rita received her Medical Billing/Coding Certification from Delaware County Community College in 2004. Rita is responsible for assisting patients (in person and over the phone) with scheduling and sharing knowledge about the clinic as well as providing overall support for all clinic needs and goals. Rita is also responsible for processing insurance verification and patient and insurance billing. Rita’s experience and knowledge and wonderful personality assist her in creating relationships with all our patients and she adds an extra element of customer service to our clinic.

Tara Marie Newman – Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager

Tara has been an administrative professional in the Philadelphia area in the corporate world, academia and medical field for over 20 years in a wide variety of capacities. She helped build the infrastructure of a multi-million dollar investment company before moving on to the University of Pennsylvania overseeing the management of conferences and office management. The knowledge Tara has gained over the years, along with her customer service related experience, is what enables her to ensure Hear Well Again Centers’ operational success. Tara is responsible for assisting patients (in person and over the phone) with scheduling and sharing knowledge about the clinic as well as providing overall support for all clinic needs and goals by helping maintain overall operational efficiency. Her wealth of skills and passion ultimately translate into successful outcomes for Hear Well Again Centers and our patients.
